Diabetics Socks
Foot problems are a common side effect of diabetes stemming from neuropathy and vascular disease. What’s an insignificant problem for non-diabetics, can develop into something very serious for those with the condition. Seeing that only around 50% of diabetics are diagnosed, many aren't aware of the potential complications they could be facing. We recommend that you consult a medical professional so that they can inform you as to whether our diabetic socks could improve your symptoms or condition, starting today.
Diabetes Effects on Your Feet
A common side effect of diabetes is nerve damage or neuropathy due to poor circulation. This can be painful or result in loss of feeling. Numbness is dangerous as it enables other serious complications to develop, reducing your feet’s ability to recover from minor injuries or to fight off infections. If left unattended this can lead to gangrene and amputation.
To prevent this from occurring you need to stimulate blood flow in the legs and feet. Wearing diabetic socks while going about your daily business (and during exercise) can assist with this.
How Our NZ Diabetics Socks Can Help Diabetics
Our diabetic socks keep feet clean and dry, with as little friction or irritation as possible. We’ve infused them with anti-bacterial fibres to enhance circulation, prevent infections from developing and speed up the recovery of existing wounds. Our socks will not stimulate the skin and cause inflammation or ulceration. We only use soft fabrics and seamless joins to avoid irritations or wounds caused by friction. These socks, therefore, have zero compression and excellent breathability.
Not all diabetics are suited to wearing compression socks. We recommend that if you are diabetic you seek advice from your doctor before wearing compression socks or stockings.

Great fit, super comfortable, already noticing the benefit. Will be ordering more pairs.

Arrived quickly

Fabulous service, socks are nicer than I imagined for travel socks! Thank you

Fantastic service. Sleeves are great! Thanks for the speedy delivery.

Great product. Just used them on flights back to UK.

Best socks. Way better than the last ones I wore years ago which were all nylon and horrible.
My compression stockings have arrived and it is the first day I am wearing them. I am glad the weather is cooler now so it is not a problem to wear stockings.
Great to wear them when doing a lot of overdue ironing, gardening and walking. All the tiredness seems to have gone!
My only complaint is that they are a bit too tight under the knees but I hope they will soften or loosen a bit and then I'll be 100% pleased.

I have only been wearing my socks a couple of days and already notice my legs are not so tired at the end of the day. I like the reinforced toe and heel - also makes it easier to roll the socks on.

Use them for circulation during exercise, in the early days, but so far very comfortable, and the compression is really good. Very fast service also!

I have ordered compression socks from TXG before and every time they have been delivered in a flash. The socks are great. I find them comfortable and they certainly eliminate any swelling in my ankles that might accumulate during the day. I like the way the new iteration has more reinforcing in the heel so, I feel confident they will last even longer than my older pairs

Fast delivery, good fit and the quality looks promising; time will tell.
Good to know it's not made in China.

I have been using TXG "Classic Daily" compression stockings for several years now. Just great quality!

I suffer from Plantar Fasciitis in both feet so the versatile sock is easy to swap from foot to foot dependent on which one hurts. It's also so easy to put on, feels secure and is much more comfortable and easy to sleep with than a boot. The fact it compresses my calf at the same time is a win win :)
