FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $200 TO NZ - URBAN ADDRESSES

We want to make your online shopping experience with us a straightforward, easy process, this is why we offer free express shipping within New Zealand for orders over $200 to an Urban address in an NZ City or Town using NZ Post Courier Post or Click and Collect is available from us in Pakuranga, Auckland.

Delivery Time Frame Estimates are:

Orders placed by 12 noon are dispatched that afternoon every business day Monday to Friday.

To Urban addresses: takes generally 1 to 2 business days from dispatch

To Rural Delivery addresses: takes generally 2 to 4 business days from dispatch

Our order tracking history from 1/1/25 to 31/7/25 show us that 97% of all orders are delivered within 2 business days from dispatch:

  • 84% of all orders are delivered within 1 business day from dispatch
  • 14% of all orders are delivered within 2 days from dispatch

If your order is less than $200, the delivery fee is a flat rate of $7.50 to Urban addresses in NZ towns or cities for Signature Not Required and $8.50 for Signature Required.

Unfortunately, due to large increases in the cost of deliveries to NZ Rural Addresses, we are no longer able to offer free delivery to Rural Addresses. The cost of delivery to a Rural Address is a flat rate of $12.50 for Signature Not Required and $13.50 for Signature Required.

If you are unsure if your address is regarded as a Rural Delivery Address, we recommend checking your address on NZ Post Courier Post Address Checker tool.

Please note that if you select "Signature Not Required" Shipping this gives the courier Authority to Leave your parcel in a safe place, however if your parcel is stolen the courier will not provide compensation.

We are unable to offer a Saturday delivery service.

If the tracking says the delivery has been made but you have not received it:

Please notify us as soon as possible if your delivery has not been physically received although the carrier has advised delivery has been completed. The carrier can only be held responsible for 7 days from the delivery being made based on the Contract and Commercials Law Act 2017.

We will provide to you a copy of the shipping label on your parcel to confirm the delivery address and we will immediately raise a query with the courier and provide updates to you on the courier’s investigation into your missing parcel. Please note it generally takes 24 to 48 hours to receive the first update from the courier.

If your parcel is not delivered or is delivered damaged:

Please notify us as soon as possible if your parcel was delivered damaged, (please keep the packaging as well as the products, as the courier will uplift everything from you). We will immediately lodge a query with the courier and provide you updates to you on the courier's investigation into your missing parcel. The carrier can only be held responsible for 7 days from the delivery being made based on the Contract and Commercials Law Act 2017.

Click and Collect Orders can be collected from us between the hours of 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday, but the order must be placed and paid for on our website. We will email you our address for collection as soon as your order is ready to be collected.
